Sacred & Soul’s 24-hour Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

It is important to be respectful of one another’s time, and therefore Sacred & Soul has a 24-hour cancellation and rebooking policy. You can cancel or reschedule sessions, up to 24 hours in advance, through the client login or by email to brettelaine@sacredandsoul.com

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you have an emergency or are running late for your scheduled appointment, please let me know by phone or email at your earliest convenience. As a courtesy, appointments will be rescheduled on short notice only once, and multiple last-minute rescheduling requests will result in canceling and forfeiting the session.

If you are unable to provide 24-hours notice to cancel/reschedule, are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, or are a no-show for your scheduled session, your payment is forfeited, and the session will not be rescheduled.
